Pre-Registration is a MUST.  To attend all functions including Registration Fee, you should purchase the Package Deal cost $75.00  This includes tickets to Registration Fee ($25), Friday Night Banquet ($25), Saturday Morning Breakfast ($15), Saturday Evening Banquet ($25), dance tickets with door prize chances ($10).  The prizes in parenthesis are individual ticket prices. SONS Function pending.

Thursday Night Hospitality Room for SONS
There will be 15 Minutes during the Saturday Banquet dedicated to honor the SONS.
 

Rooms surrounding the outdoor pool will be used for Post Hospitality Rooms.  There is a $75 charge to remove the bed and put table and chairs in the room.  Contact Hotel.

Thursday Sons Hospitality: Still working of food to be provided.  (Meat Tray, Veg tray ,lunch meat tray, etc.)

Friday evening: Southern Style Buffet that includes tossed salad, potato salad, corn on the cob, green beans, fried chicken, B-B-Q ribs, corn bread and Derby Pie.

Saturday  Morning: Top of the morning breakfast, assorted pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, butter, jelly.
Saturday Night dance, music by Marksberry Band.

Saturday Evening: Roast Turkey w/dressing? Sliced airloin w/mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet carrots, peas, carrot cake and/or Key Lime pie.

We are talking with the Galt House for 2010 since the National Convention in August will be held there.  We are also looking at establishing a multi-year contract with Executive West.
